Ingredients: 2 Apples, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 – 2 tsp Sugar, 2 Cups Milk How to Prepare: Wash, peel and chop apple roughly. Blend it together with milk and honey. You can adjust the drink by adding milk according to your preference. Enjoy the drink :)

Ingredients: 1 Cup Yogurt, 1 Cup Water, 2 tbsp Sugar, Pinch of Salt How to Prepare: Beat the yogurt/curd till smooth and blended. Add the water together with the sugar , salt and stir to mix well.  Serve chilled with ice cubes.
