Take bread slices and make small cubes. In a flat pan, fry these cubes with little ghee till golden brown.
Heat oil in a pan, fry the sliced onions. Add tomato puree, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add chilli powder, salt and mix well. Now, add bread cubes and give it a turn so that the masala is coated well. Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves and serve.
1 Cup Rava/Sooji, 1/ 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 Chopped Onion, 3 Green Chillies Slit Sideways, 5 Beans Chopped, 1 Carrot Chopped, 1/4 Cup Fresh Green Peas(optional), 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds,1 Tsp Urad Dhal, 1 Tsp Channa Daal, Salt To Taste, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 2 Tbsp Oil, Curry Leaves, Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves, 1 Tbsp Ghee.
How to prepare:
Heat 1 tbsp ghee and fry rava, on a moderate heat, stirring constantly to light brown color and set aside. Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and allow them to sputter. Then add dals (channa & urad), curry leaves, onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and sauté for 2-3 mins. Then, add all the vegetables, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Add 3 cups of water and cook covered in simmer. Add the fried rava to it stirring constantly till it becomes little thick. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot.
2 Cups Oats, 1 tbsp Oil, 1 Onion(chopped), 1 medium Tomato(chopped), 2 Green Chillies, 4 Cups Water, Salt to Taste, 2 tsp Lemon Juice, Coriander leaves for garnishing

Dry roast the oats in a pan for 5 minutes, In a pan, heat oil and sauté the chopped onions for till golden brown. Add chillies, tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes. Add roasted oats, water, salt, lemon juice and mix well. Cook until the water is absorbed and mixture is semi soft. Add more water if required. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Wash poha and soak in 1/2 cup of water for about 5 to 7 minutes and drain water. In a pan heat the oil, add all the seasoning ingredients and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the chopped onions, green chilies, red chilies and saute until golden brown. Then add the boiled potatoes, turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Finally, add the drained poha and mix well. Keep on low heat for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle lemon juice. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
