1 Cup White Channa, 1 Cup Spinach (Chopped & Par-Boiled), 1 Onion , 2 Tomatoes,1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 3 Green Chilli (Chopped), 1 Tsp Channa Masala Powder, ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder, 2 Tbsp Oil, Salt To Taste
How to Prepare:
Soak white channa for 5 – 6 hrs and boil till soft. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and fry for till golden brown. Now add ginger garlic paste and green chilli and fry for 5 minutes. Now add garam masala, turmeric powder, channa masala powder, spinach, chopped tomatoes and cook until oil separates. Add the boiled channa, salt and simmer the gravy. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
