Ingredients:

3 Potatoes (boiled & mashed), 4 Green Chillies(chopped), 1 tsp Ginger(chopped), 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder, Salt to Taste, 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves, 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder, 1/2 tsp Mango Powder(Amchur), Oil for frying

How to Prepare:

In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except oil and mix well. Make a small ball and flatten it to about 1/2 inch high. Pan fry these with little oil until both sides are golden brown. Serve hot with green chutney.
