Potato/Aloo – 2 Nos

Maida – 3 tbsp

Corn Flour – 2 tbsp

Chilli Powder – 1 tsp

Garam Masala Powder – ¼ tsp

Yoghurt – 4 tbsp

Oil – For deep frying

Salt to Taste

Curry Leaves - For garnishing

Wash potatoes and cut them into 4 long pieces. Cook them until 3/4th cooked. Let the cooked potatoes

cool for some time. Peel off the skin and chop into small bite size cubes.

Now, in a large bowl add maida, corn flour, chilli powder, garam masala powder, yoghurt and salt. Mix

well and make a paste.

To this, add the chopped potato cubes and mix. See to that the cubes are coated well with the masala.

Let it sit for 5 – 10 mins.

Place a kadai or pan on flame and pour enough oil into it. Once the oil is heated up drop the marinated

potato cubes gently into the oil. Fry them on a medium flame until they turn crisp. Since, the potatoes

are already cooked and only the outer portion has to be fried. So, you need not fry them for long.

Remove from flame and drain excess oil on a tissue or kitchen towel.

Garnish with curry leaves and Serve hot!!
