Cucumber Salad | Easy Salad Recipes

Today, Let’s learn how to make Easy Cucumber Salad Cucumber is a wonderful vegetable to beat the heat during summer. This low calorie vegetable has more nutrients packed in it. Cucumber Salad is a quick recipe and yet healthy.   Ingredients:
  1. 1 Cucumber
  2. 2 tsp Grated Coconut
  3. Coriander Leaves
  4. 1tsp Oil
  5. Salt – As per Taste
To Temper
  1. 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds & Cumin Seeds
  2. 2 Green Chilli
How to Prepare:
  1. Scrape out the cucumber skin and deseed the cucumber. Chop and put it in a bowl.
  2. To this bowl add the grated coconut, coriander leaves and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds & cumin seeds. Fry the chopped green chillies. Put this in the cucumber salad and mix well.
  4. Salad is ready to serve.
