Oats Banana Smoothie

Oats Banana Smoothie is a very refreshing beverage filled with lots of energy. I try to include banana as a fruit or as a beverage everyday as this has many health benefits. Bananas are a good source of vitamin C, vitamin B6 and also contain a good amount of soluble dietary fiber. So here’s the healthy energy drink.. Ingredients:
  1. 1/2 Cup Yogurt
  2. 1 tbsp Roasted Oats
  3. 1 Banana, 2 tsp Honey
How to Prepare:
  1. Cut banana into small slices. Roast oats and powder them in a blender.
  2. Now, add the remaining ingredients blend until smooth.
Notes:
  1. Add some ice if necessary.
