Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients: 4 Eggs, 1/2 Cup Milk, 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder, Oil, Salt to Taste How to Prepare: Break the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt and pepper. Beat this mixture till all the ingredients are blended well. Heat oil in a pan and swirl it around for the oil to coat all sides. Keep the flame in low and pour the beaten egg mixture. Now, let it cook and scrape if it sticks to the pan. Keep stirring else the eggs with get burnt. Cover the pan and switch off the flame. Serve hot. Note: This can be accompanied with bread as sandwiches for breakfast.
