Paneer Chilli

Recently, paneer has become one of my favorite dishes. This particular dish an Indian  dish and the most common starter available in Indo-Chinese restaurants. Preparing this dish doesn't take much of your time. I'm sure you will try this quick and simple recipe which delights you and your family.. :) Ingredients: 350 gm Paneer, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 2 Onions(chopped), 3 tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Vinegar, 3 tbsp Oil for frying, ½ Cup Corn Flour, 6-8 Green Chillies, Salt to Taste, Water How to Prepare: Cut the paneer into cubes. Mix together corn flour, ginger garlic paste, salt and water to coat the paneer cubes with the mixture. Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer coated with the mixture until golden. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in another pan and fry onions till translucent. Add chopped green chillies, vinegar, soya sauce and the fried panner cubes. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
