Egg Burji

Ingredients: 4-Eggs, 1 medium Onion(chopped), 3 Garlic Pods(crushed), 3 Green Chillies(chopped), 3 Tomatoes, 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tsp Garam Masala, 2 Tbsp Oil, Salt to Taste,1/2  Pepper, 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves How to prepare: Beat eggs well with a few spoons of milk. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions, garlic and chillies. Fry till the onion is transparent. Add the tomatoes and turmeric powder. Fry till oil separates from the mix. Add the garam masala, pepper powder and fry for few minutes. Add the eggs and sauté well. Now, add salt and remove from flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
