Ingredients: 1 Cup Rava/Sooji, 1/ 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 Chopped Onion, 3 Green Chillies Slit Sideways, 5 Beans Chopped, 1 Carrot Chopped, 1/4 Cup Fresh Green Peas(optional), 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds,1 Tsp Urad Dhal, 1 Tsp Channa Daal, Salt To Taste, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 2 Tbsp Oil, Curry Leaves, Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves, 1 Tbsp Ghee. How to prepare: Heat 1 tbsp ghee and fry rava, on a moderate heat, stirring constantly to light brown color and set aside. Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and allow them to sputter. Then add dals (channa & urad), curry leaves, onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and sauté for 2-3 mins. Then, add all the vegetables, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Add 3 cups of water and cook covered in simmer. Add the fried rava to it stirring constantly till it becomes little thick. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot.
