Ingredients: 2 cups poha (beaten rice), 1 potato, boiled, peeled & chopped into cubes, 1/2 cup onion, chopped finely, 2 green chilies(chopped finely), 2 dry red chilies, broken into pieces, Salt to taste, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, coriander leaves for garnishing For seasoning: 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp urad dal, 1 tsp channa dal, 1 tsp curry leaves, 1 tbsp oil How to prepare: Wash poha and soak in 1/2 cup of water for about 5 to 7 minutes and drain water. In a pan heat the oil, add all the seasoning ingredients and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the chopped onions, green chilies, red chilies and saute until golden brown. Then add the boiled potatoes, turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Finally, add the drained poha and mix well. Keep on low heat for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle lemon juice. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
