1 Cup Besan, 1 tsp Rice Flour, 3 Green Chilli (finely chopped), 1 Cup Onion (Thin Sliced), 1 tsp Chilli Powder, 2 String Curry Leaves(chopped), Coriander Leaves(Chopped), Salt to Taste, Oil for deep Fry.
How to Prepare:
In a mixing bowl, put onion slices, besan, green chillies, coriander and curry leaves, chilli powder and salt. Mix all the ingredients well. Sprinkle little water if required as onion has enough moisture in it. Heat oil in a pan, roughly make small fritter and deep fry in oil. Fry until it is golden brown. Drain out excess oil and serve hot.
