Kadai Egg Curry

Ingredients: 4 Eggs (Boiled & Peeled), 2 Onion, 2 tomatoes, 1/2 Cup Mushroom, 2 Spring Onion, 1 tsp Saunf,1/2 Capsicum, 2 tsp Coriander powder, 2 tsp  Chilli powder, Salt to taste, 1/2 tsp Jeera powder, Oil How to Prepare: Heat oil/ghee in a pan, add saunf and chopped little spring onions. Add chopped onions and sauté until it  turns golden brown, add chopped mushrooms, capsicum and sauté for 2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well and fry for a while till the oil separates. Add boiled eggs,little water and cook till eggs the gravy gets thickened. Garnish with remaining spring onions and serve hot.
