Here the vegetables can be used of your choice like carrot, beans, cauliflower, bell pepper. So, lets start with our recipe Ingredients: 1/2 tbsp Oil, 1 Onion, 1 Cup Chicken(cooked & cubed), 2 tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 Carrot(diced), 1 Bell Pepper (diced), 1/4 Cup Cooked Green Peas, 4 Cups Cooked Rice, 2 Eggs, 2 tbsp Chilli Sauce, 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder, Salt to Taste. How to Prepare: In a pan, heat oil and fry onion till it becomes soft. Add chicken cubes, soy sauce, chilli sauce and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Now, add the carrots, bell pepper, green peas and fry for a while. Add rice, salt and little pepper powder and mix well. Finally, add the scrambled eggs and mix through. Serve hot.
