Aloo Paratha

Ingredients: 2 Cups Wheat Flour, 1 Tsp Jeera, 2 Tsp Chilli Powder, 2 Tbsp Oil, 2 – 3 Potatoes, 2-3 Tbsp Yogurt, Salt To Taste How to prepare: Boil 2 - 3 medium sized potato, remove skin and mash it. In a mixing bowl put flour, jeera, chilli powder and salt. Mix it well. Add mashed potato; mix it with 3 - 4 tbsp yogurt, 2 tbsp cooking oil. Knead it to make soft dough and keep a side for about 15 to 20 minutes. Medium heat the tava. Take small ball from dough and roll it. Apply a little oil on the surface and fold it into half. Again apply little oil and fold it. Roll it and maintain the triangular shape. Place it on the hot tava and cook both sides applying little oil until it turns rich brown. Serve hot.
