Aloo Pakora

Ingredients: 3 Large Potatoes, 1 Cup Besan, 1/2 Cup Water, 2 tsp Chilli Powder, 1/2 tsp Aamchur Powder, Salt to Taste, Oil for deep fry How to Prepare: Wash potatoes and cut it into think slices. In a bowl add water, besan, chilli powder, Aamchur powder, salt and mix it well. Make the batter to a thick consistency. Dip the potato slices one by one in the batter. Deep fry until golden brown. them. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
