Ingredients: 3 medium Potatoes, 2 medium Capsicums, 1 Onion, 2 Tomatoes, 2 tbsp Oil, 1/2 tsp Garam Masala, 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder, 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Cumin Powder, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, Salt to Taste How to Prepare: Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and fry few seconds till golden brown. Add potatoes and cook covered for 5 minutes. Add the chopped capsicum, chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt and cook few minutes. Now, add tomatoes and mix well. Add water if required and cook covered. Now, add garam masala and mix well. Remove from flame and serve hot.
