Jeera Rice-Cumin Rice

2 Cups Basmati Rice (washed & soaked for 30 mins), 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 2 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 Large Onion (thinly sliced), 5 Green Chillies (slitted), 2 tbsp Oil/Ghee, Salt to Taste, Water 4 1/2Cups

How to Prepare:

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When they start spluttering, add onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and fry till the onion turns golden brown. Now, add the rice and fry for 2 minutes. Add water and salt. Cook till the rice is tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
