Ingredients: 3 Potatoes (2 boiled,1 mashed), 1/2 cup Peas(boiled),1 Onion, 3 Tomatoes(chopped finely), 1 inch Ginger, 1/2 tsp Corainder powder, 1 tsp Red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Garam masala,1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tbsp Oil, 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder, Corainder leaves, 1/2 cup Curd, 3 Green chillies and Salt to taste. How to Prepare: Grind onions, chillies, ginger with little water to fine paste and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and fry till it splutters. Add the ground paste and fry for a minute. Now, add the tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, corainder powder, garam masala and fry until the oil separates. Then add, the boiled potatoes, peas and one cup of water to it. Cook covered for 10 minutes. Now add the beaten curd and cook on low flame till thick gravy is formed. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
