Aloo Dum

Ingredients: 1/2 Kg Potatoes(small), 3 tbsp Oil, 1 Bay Leaf, 1 Onion, 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds, ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder, 3 tbsp Yogurt, 2 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 Tomato, 1 Capsicum How to Prepare: Heat oil in a pan, add bay leave and onion. Fry for 3 minutes until the onions turn golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and fry a minute. Now, add cumin seeds, potatoes, tomatoes, capsicum and mix well. Let it cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously. Sprinkle with chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Add the beaten yogurt and salt to this. Now, mix gently and cook covered for about 10 minutes on low heat. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
